Okay, I've moved to my Livejournal for the time being 'cause I'm kinda sick of Blogger. So yeah. But I'll still continue on my Taiwan trip's post.

I've reflected over what I've done during 2009 and I'm still pondering whether I've been a good friend or a really bad friend. I still don't know. They say, life goes on as it is, but does it really help to forget the past. I really don't know. I can't seem to forgot the past as much as I want to forget it. I don't know how I want my life to be, a loner or to have friends whom I don't really fancy having. Is it being really superficial to hang around someone whom you know is just toying with you 'cause she doesn't have any other friends in that class or is it just the norm. I still can't make up my mind. Am I being rude and selfish for being myself and not giving a hoot or two about other's feelings? I don't know it myself either.

Is it worth the effort if you try your best to please that person and at the end of the day, you don't end up being yourself and you just.. don't feel right. You just cry and hope to be yourself and not trying to be another person just to please that particular person. Isn't it tiring if you have to put on different masks everyday just to see different 'friends'.

Is it worth the effort if you knew you have tried your best to please that person and at the end of the day, the person isn't thankful and still despise you. I don't know. Is it REALLY worth it.

At the end of the day, I'm still in a dilemma.

Okay, so instead typically typing what I've done for the day, I shall type what I've done for the year since it's the last day of 2009. This sounds like damn shitass.

• STUDY HARD AND TRY NOT TO GO FOR ANY MORE DETENTIONS :D

WOOHOO. Haah. This is damn tough, but I'm still gonna try. But every year, without fail, my new year resolution is just a name. I never ever try to achieve them, so yeah. But I'm pretty sure I'll achieve the one I love. Mwah.

Woke up in the morning and went to the Airport to meet Uncle Ken, Aunty Jenny and Cherilyn :D Okay, we were supposed to meet at gate/door/entrance 7 but they were at 3 so we dumbly waited. Checked in and all the stuffs. Went to the Krisflyer Lounge while Uncle Ken, Aunty Jenny and Cherilyn went to the butterfly part. Super long queue at the boarding gate but we took the other queue.Watched Mary Poppins on the plane. Super nice. The song's still stuck in my head. Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious, supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. Hahah. Super nice show and show. :D Okay, reached Taoyuan International Airport and waited for the van to fetch us to Shihlin. Checked into the hotel and went to Shihlin Night Market for dinner and shopping! :D Hahah. The 牛舌饼 is damn good. The water apple there is super sweet and nice. In short, the fruits there are damn good but the prices are quite steep. SGD15 for two packets of fruits. But it's super shiok. So Cherilyn and my brother went to play some gun games at the Night Market and we just continued walking and eating. The fried milk is damn nice, though it sounds weird and all, but it's super sweet and sticky. Aiyah, the food are all damn goooooood.

Went Xin Bei Tou for Hot Spring 'cause it's supposed to be famous for it's spring water which contains Sulphate which is quite rare. But somehow or rather, Uncle Ken ended up buying a tea set and he kept saying the dragon on the cup is carved out and not printed. But my super 'suay' brother got Sulphate attack on his rashes and there was blood when he came out and he said it was super pain. Hahah. So yeah, after that, settled down at a small stall and ate beef noodles. The beef noodles was superb. Then bought Pearl Milk Tea which was super nice, compared to Singapore's and the one I had at Shihlin Night Market. Then went to the famous library nearby and saw its architecture and all which was good and went to Danshui to watch the sunset which was spectaculous thinking that I've not seen it in a long while and we were fooling around. Okay, Cherilyn and I were chasing after birds while Uncle Ken and my balding dad(as Hazel puts it) was sleeping on the benches. Hahah. then went to the Night Market and ended up buying the Red Dates Longan Ginger Tea 'cause my cough was super bad. Bought all the things and all and did a portrait. Then went back to the hotel to rest and went down to the Shihlin Night Market again. Went to another side and had Strawberry with Mango ice. Damn shiok! Then had Shihlin chicken. SUPER NICE:D Hahah. Then ate and walked around and all.

Checked out of the hotel and then went to another hotel near Zhongshan Station which is a few stops near the Taipei City. Then Uncle Ken, Aunty Jenny and Cherilyn went to the Doraemon Theme Park while we shopped at Taipei. Hahah. We walked all the way to Taipei 101 and my legs were aching by then 'cause it was really really very far. Hahah. Bought three bears but gave Geoffrey to Cherilyn. Hahah. Geoffrey's a damn chio bear but my mum refused to let me have all three. Should have gave up the other one instead of Geoffrey manzxc, starting to regret. Oh, and I fell in love with this Taiwan Edition Havainas which was mad chio but super expensive. NT 7,800 which is about SGD355 which is totally not worth it for a pair of slippers. But then again, it's super chiooo. But it wasn't the most expensive. If I didn't remember wrongly, the most expensive one's about NT30,000+ which is seriously expensive. So continued walking and all and decided to cab back 'cause we were all exhausted by then. Went back to the hotel to wait for Uncle Ken, Aunty Jenny and Cherilyn to return for dinner. Settled at a nearby restaurant for dinner 'cause we were all tired to walk. Quite nice :D

Went to 六福村 which was so not worth it 'cause it's quite small and there's not a lot of rides and I kept coughing. But the first ride was super wet but it was fun lah. Uncle Ken ended up to be the wettest. LOL. But I like this particular roller coaster which will cause severe giddiness. Hahah. Yeah, the individual carriages will keep spinning rapidly whilst going downwards. Super cool and fun. Went back to the hotel and met Uncle Francis and Aunty Ivy for dinner 'cause they were supposed to meet us at Taiwan. Went for dinner. Super nice. The mee-tai-mak-look-alike was super nice.

Christmas Eve. Checked out and took the High Speed Rail to Taichung and took a cab to Sun Moon Lake. Super nice view. Went to check in and went for lunch and went to walk around and there was another fa lun gong thingy again. Super a lot of people. Then took the boat. Super fun.
Hahah.

Shall continue blogging tomorrow or probably the day after. 6.1'07 BBQ TOMORROW! :D
